The brief
Recruited to deliver an improved stock control and sales ordering capability, to enable the company to successfully grow the business with a wider product set.
What we delivered
- Designed and implemented a stock control system that enabled real-time feedback on stock levels.
- Migrated and converted the existing FileMaker Pro SOP / CRM to a more modern database architecture and platform.
- Successfully migrated all data and business logic into a Servoy front-end with a SQL back-end.
- Dramatically increased the performance of the financial reporting database, as well as improving user data entry and searching capabilities.
- Used Agile methodologies to deliver the new platform on a faster timescale.
