The brief
Recruited by a virtual office company to migrate and convert an existing eFiling web system to a bespoke database solution and add electronic sending of all invoices and automated renewal reminders.
What we delivered
- Replaced the old method of printing and posting with automatic generation of paperwork as PDFs and direct emailing.
- Created a new batch process to allow automated renewal and reminder emailing tasks to run on the server, greatly improving worker efficiency.
- Successfully migrated all data and streamlined workflows, leading to a return on investment within one year.
